How To Review and Confirm Personal Information in Dominion

The purpose of this KB is to help walk users through the steps to reviewing and changing their personal information in Dominion.

Reviewing General Employee Data
  1. Log into Dominion HERE
  2. Navigate to "Employee Profile"
  3. All basic information can be found on this page such as Job Title, SSN, Birthdate, etc.

    Secure fields such as SSN and Birthdate require you to click the eye icon to display the information:


    NOTE: If your Job Title, SSN or Birthday is incorrect, please contact your main Human Resource Contact for assistance.

Updating Contact Information

  1. Navigate to "Name and Contact Information"


  2. Here you can update your Name and Primary Contact Information.

    NOTE: Please ensure your best contact phone is listed under "Contact Information" to ensure ability to contact in the event it is needed.
