How to Locate and Download your W-2's from Dominion
The purpose of this KB is to guide users through the process of locating and downloading their W-2 forms in Dominion.
- Navigate to Dominion HERE or https://dominionpayroll.net/ and sign-in
- Once Logged-In, click "W2/ACA/1099 Forms" from the menu on the left
- Your available W-2's (sorted by Corresponding Tax Year) will be listed on this page. Select "View Document" and allow the new window to process your request (This can take up to a few minutes to complete). Once the request is processed, your W-2 will download to your default downloads location for browser downloads.
Additionally, you can click "View Instructions" for a PDF regarding W2 Instructions.
Note: if you have any issues locating the downloaded W-2 Document, please try following the steps listed in the KB linked HERE and then try these steps again. If this still does not resolve your issues, please contact IT for further assistance. - DONE
