How to find a recorded Teams Meeting
The purpose of this KB is to help users locate recorded Teams Meetings. Using this guide you will be able to find the recording and share/download as needed. By default, Teams Meetings are stored in this location for 120 days unless downloaded or moved to another location, so if you believe you may need this in the future, make sure to save the recording!
- Log into your OneDrive online at https://m365.cloud.microsoft/onedrive/
- Click "My Files" then find a folder called "Recordings" and click it:
- Your Recorded Teams Meetings are located here. Click the bullet point next to the meeting to select it. From here you can share or download the meeting:
- DONE!
If you are having trouble locating the "Recordings" folder or are unable to find the meeting you are seeking, please submit a ticket to IT for further assistance.
