There are three different templates for each program:

  1. Borrower Master
    1. This is what you select when you create a new loan file for an application.

    2. You can select the other two templates to automatically populate when choosing a master template, edit the agent list, select lien position, etc.

  2. Loan Program

    1. Here, you can set max loan amounts, max LTV, max CLTV, terms, interest rates, and qualification rates, etc.

  3. Closing Cost Scenario

    1. This is where you create the fees worksheet for that specific program.

When you select a borrower master template when adding a new loan application, the master template should have the other two templates selected under the loan summary section so that everything automatically populates.
