Accessing Folders

  1. Exit out of Calyx Point
  2. In the Windows search bar, type “Point”
    1. An application called “Point Administrator” should show – click on this to open.
    2. If the search function does not return Point Administrator, then open all apps and navigate to “Calyx Software > Point Administrator”.   
  3. Once opened, you should see this screen:

  4. Select “Setup Data Folders” 
  5. A new screen will display – now select “Connect Existing”.

  6. A new screen will display to search for the existing folder. Select “Browse”.

  7. After selecting “Browse”, navigate to the “Point Data (N:)” drive and locate/select “CCEF_SAMPA”, then click “OK”.
  8. The pathway will display on the previous screen, then click “OK” again.
  9. If you see the CCEF folder, you can go ahead and close out of Point Administrator and open Calyx.
  10. The folder should be in Calyx when reopened.
