How to log in and access ChatGPT Business
The purpose of this article is to guide users through the steps to accessing ChatGPT Business. Impact Development Fund prioritizes user security and data protection, so we have opted into purchasing a limited number of ChatGPT Business licenses. If seats are available you may request to be added to ChatGPT Business. If seats are unavailable, you may still request to gain access and your request will be reviewed.
- If seats are available and you are granted access to ChatGPT Business, you will receive an invite via Email from noreply@tm.openai.com that will look like the image below:
If you did not get an invite, please email michael@impactdf.org to request a new invitation OR Submit a ticket. - Click "Join Workspace" in your invitation email.
- A new window will open in your browser directing you to ChatGPT Business. You will receive a notification at the top stating "You have been added to the Impact Development Fund workspace! Login or sign up with [your email] to join the workspace."
- If you have already been using ChatGPT with your business email, select "Log in". Otherwise, choose "Sign up for free" to create an account that will be linked to the Impact Development Fund ChatGPT Business Workspace.
- Once you select either "Login in" or "Sign up for free" a new window will pop up. Please put your work email under the "Or" section as seen in the image below and click "Continue":
- Next, select "Impactdf" from the available options:
- You will then be prompted to sign in with your Microsoft Credentials. This should be the same as your desktop logins:
- DONE!
