Swiftlane Mobile App

Swiftlane Mobile App

The purpose of this article is to explain what Swiftlane is and walk users through the steps needed to access the Swiflane App on mobile devices.

What is Swiftlane?

Swiftlane is a mobile app which we use to operate the elevator. Some basic permissions include the ability to operate the elevator by scanning your face for facial recognition access when using the access smart pad outside the 1st floor elevator. Advanced permissions include the ability to answer calls made to IDF using the elevator access smart pad and designate permission to enter/unlock the elevator for guests.

IMPORTANT: You must first be added to access the Swiftlane app. If you do not have access, please contact Michael@impactdf.org or Submit a ticket so we can assist you.
