Getting access to Tena Web Services (TWS)
TWS access is granted by your primary IT contact. If you need access, please reach out to Michael@impactdf.org or Submit a ticket so we can assist you.
How to set up your password for Tena Web Services (TWS)
- Once you have been granted access, you should receive an email from a no-reply@tenawebservices.com email address that looks like the following:
- Follow the link provided in the email to set up your password.
- DONE!
How to log into Tena Web Services (TWS)
- Log into Tena Web Services HERE or https://slws.tenawebservices.com/
IMPORTANT: DO NOT use the link you used to set up your password to access the site. This could lead to errors or failure when trying to log in. - Use the password you set up initially and the username provided in your "Welcome to TENA Web Services" email to log in:
- DONE!
