How to Sign into Zoho Apps using Microsoft Authentication

The purpose of this guide is to walk users through the steps of how to sign in to Zoho Applications (All Applications: Zoho Sign, Zoho Vault, Zoho CRM, etc.) after the update to enable Microsoft SSO Authentication as a method for signing in.

  1. Navigate to the login page for any Zoho App by attempting to open the app or by following any previous bookmarks/links to Zoho Applications

  2. Type your Microsoft Email Address (Example: Name@impactdf.org) and click "Next". If you are unsure of what this is, please contact your Primary IT Contact


  3. You should be given a Microsoft Sign-in Page that looks like the image below. Type your Microsoft email again and hit "Next"


  4. Enter your password for Microsoft and hit "Next" (Note: this should be the same as your desktop login)


  5. If asked to stay signed in, or to allow application access, you may say YES and Allow to all of these.

  6. DONE!
