How to sign into the KB and view your open tickets
How to sign into the Knowledge Base
- Navigate to the top right of any page and click the "Sign In" link:

- Click the Microsoft Logo at the bottom of the "Already a member?" section:

Note: DO NOT use the Email Address and Password fields here. It will not work.
- You will be re-directed to a windows login page. Log in as you would normally for any other Microsoft Application:

- IMPORTANT: You will be asked if you want to allow a connection to this app. Please select ALLOW.
- DONE!
How to view your open tickets
Open tickets created through the Knowledge Base Portal will appear by following the steps below. Please note that tickets submitted via phone or email may not show in this page. If you wish to have an update on a ticket or don't see a ticket you wish to get an update on, please reach out to Michael DeSantis, your primary IT Contact.
- Click the "My Tickets" link at the top right corner of the KB. Your tickets will be listed under this page.

- To view any ticket, click the name of the ticket. From here, multiple ticket details will be shown. Details include comments and chat history/updates, Ticket Status (Closed, Open, Awaiting Vendor, etc.)

Note: If you opened the ticket from the KB Portal, you will also see an additional button at the bottom which will allow you to close the ticket should you no longer need help!
