The purpose of this article is to draw attention to the location of LaserPro's user guides and other helpful support tools.

Finastra Support Portal

The Finastra Support Portal can be found HERE (Please note that you must first be added to the portal by an admin. If you do not have access and need access, please Submit a ticket so we can assist you)

Additionally, you will need to set up MFA by following the guide HERE if you have not already done so before you are allowed access.

In the portal, you can use the search bar to search their Knowledge Base for support articles and guides:

If you are unable to find an answer to a question, you are able to submit a help request by clicking the "Get help and support" button:
