Adding MFA to Finastra
The purpose of this article is to walk users through the steps of setting up the Authenticator app for Finastra as it is required to have MFA enabled for this site to access.
- Log into support.finastra.com using your login you set up when first signing in.
- You will be presented a screen asking you to download the app or set up your own Authenticator:
- Select "Choose Another Verification Method" :
- Chose "Use verification codes from an authenticator app (Such as Google Authenticator or Authy)":
- Using your Microsoft Authenticator App, Click the "Scan QR code" button or icon from your mobile app and scan the on screen QR code, then put in the code that it generates:
- DONE!
