How to Export an Abrigo Loan to LaserPro

The purpose of this article is to walk users through the steps for exporting a loan to LaserPro.

Exporting Document from Abrigo to LaserPro

  1. Log into Abrigo Sageworks

  2. Navigate to Administration > Document Preparation:


  3. Select "Customer List" or use the search bar to search for the loan you wish to export:


  4. Select the drop down and choose the loan you wish to export from the list:



  5.  Select the drop down menu associated with "Loan Data" (You may notice Loan Data says "Missing Fields", this is normal)

  6. Select the "Main Office" drop down menu and select "Impact Development Fund"


  7.  IMPORTANT: Select the "Standard Product" drop down menu and select a template from LaserPro to use. This will apply that template when imported.


  8. Scroll down or minimize the "Loan Data" menu and open the "Document Preparation" drop down. 



  9. Click "Export to LaserPro" (This will begin the export and cannot be cancelled, so make sure all your information is accurate before completing this step)


  10. You will get a "Success!" prompt on screen if successful along with a transaction number for LaserPro:


  11. DONE!

Viewing Exported Loan in LaserPro

  1. Log into LaserPro

  2. Select "Transaction" > "Recall..."


  3. Select "Number", then under "Transaction Number" type in the number provided in step 10 of the "Exporting Document from Abrigo to LaserPro" portion of this article then click "OK":


  4. DONE!
