How to export a document to Conductor from LaserPro
The purpose of this document is to walk users through the steps of how to export a document from Laserpro to Conductor for editing.
- Log into LaserPro
- Go to "Transaction" > "Recall..."
- Use the search window to search for a transaction.
- Once your transaction is pulled up, click "File" > "Print Forms" or Alt+P shortcut on your keyboard.
- Complete the "Document Dates" window with your required info or skip.
- Select the documents you wish to print by holding CTRL and clicking each one for a custom selection, or click "Select All" for all.
- Select the dropdown menu for "Destination" and select "eSign Export"
- Select the dropdown menu for "Format" and select "Digital Workflow"
- Click "Print"
- On the "eSign Digital Workflow" screen, select "Send"
IMPORTANT: If "Send" is grayed out, hover over the button to display the error that is preventing the Send button from being available. - DONE!
