How to Re-Assign a Signer in ZohoSign

The purpose of this article is to walk users through steps on how to change a signer for Zoho Sign when needed. Please note that your ability to search, what you can see and adjust is dependent on your permissions in Zoho Sign, so if you are missing documents or cant find or change what you need, please contact Michael@impactdf.org or Submit a ticket so we can help you!


  1. Log into Zoho Sign

  2. Search for the Document you wish to change the signer on. If you are not sure how to do this, please see the article HERE for steps.

  3. Click the 3 dots next to the document you wish to adjust for a new signer:


  4. Click "Edit" from the pop-up window:


  5. Delete the old email and name listed in the signer you wish to change/update, then type in the new email and name of the new signer and hit "Save and Close" or "Continue":


  6. The new signer will get an email requesting their signature at the email you entered in from step 5

  7. DONE!
