The purpose of this KB is to walk you through the steps of downloading documents from ZohoSign. This process downloads a version which is able to be combined with other PDFs for work needs.
How to save documents from ZohoSign
- Log-in to ZohoSign
- Locate the document you wish to download from the list of documents available
- Click the 3 Dots next to the document listed:

- From the drop down, select "View Document"

- Select the "Print" icon at the top:

- (IMPORTANT) From the print window, make sure your "Destination" is set to "Adobe PDF" then click "Print"

- Adobe may take a few minutes depending on the files/size of documents, but once it has been completed a new window will open showing your documents. From here you can combine new documents as needed.
- DONE!
(Optional) How to save specific pages
- Follow steps 1-5 from the listed steps above.
- In the print window, change the "Pages" option to "Custom"

- A new bar will appear under "Custom", enter in the pages you wish to save here. You may separate different pages with a comma for specific pages (Example: 2,5,7 [This will only print those pages]) OR if you want all pages within a range instead, you can separate them with a dash (Example: 2-7 [This will print all pages from 2 to 7])

- When you are satisfied with your selection and have verified you selected the pages you want, click "Print" (Make sure Adobe PDF is still the destination)

- DONE!
