How to add a password in ZohoVault

The Purpose of this KB is to walk users through the steps of adding passwords to ZohoVault.

  1. Log into ZohoVault HERE (if you do not have access or are having trouble logging in, please contact Michael DeSantis directly or submit a ticket to IT for assistance)
  2. From the "Passwords" tab, click "ADD" and choose "Password"


  3. Fill out the fields including "Name" for the name of the password and the "Username" and "Password"


    Optional:
    Click the Key Icon next to the "Password" field to have the system generate you a strong password and click USE to autofill the "Password" field with the generated password.

    The "Notes" field can be used for details or notes someone may need to know about the password, and "URL" can be used to point those with access to the website(s) to log in.


  4. Once Satisfied with the password and details, click SAVE
  5. The saved password will now be saved and show in your list of passwords
  6. To access the password, click on it and click the eye icon to show the password

    You can also click the Page Icon to the left of the password to copy the password to safely paste it into the login field


  7. DONE!
