How to share a password in ZohoVault
The purpose of this KB is to walk users through the steps to sharing a password they have saved in ZohoVault. Please make sure to discuss the intent to share a password with your colleagues first before sharing and NEVER share a password with someone you do not know or any external users.
- Log into ZohoVault HERE (if you do not have access or are having trouble logging in, please contact Michael DeSantis directly or submit a ticket to IT for assistance)
- Locate the password you wish to share with a colleague and click the Share Icon

- Check the box next to the person you wish to share the password with and select "View" "Modify" or "Manage"

View means that the user will only have access to see the password. Modify means the selected user(s) will have access to update/change the password as well. Manage will give the selected user(s) full access to the password as if it were their own and they can view, edit and delete the password.
- You will get a success message at the top to confirm that the selected user(s) now have access to the password

- to revoke previously granted access: Select the "Revoke" button next to the user's name
- DONE!
