Troubleshooting Zoho CRM Email issues (IMAP)
The purpose of this guide is to walk users through steps on how to troubleshoot when your email integration is no longer working in Zoho CRM.
Try Updating your Connection to Microsoft In Zoho CRM
- In Zoho CRM, navigate to the settings menu by clicking the gear Icon at the top right of your page next to your Profile Picture/Icon:

- Under "Channels" Click the "Email" option

- "Under Email Configuration" > "Email" tabs, click "Update"

- You will get a pop-up that says "Updated Successfully" when completed:

- Close your Browser and re-open the Zoho CRM Website
- DONE!
Disable and Re-Enable Email Configuration in Zoho CRM
If the steps above did not resolve your issues, try the following:
- Disable Zoho CRM Email Configuration by following the KB linked HERE
- Re-Enable Zoho CRM Email Configuration by following the steps to configure it again. You can find steps on how to do this in the KB linked HERE
