Google Chrome: How to get default Google Landing Page (With favorites) as a bookmark

The purpose of this KB is to walk users through setting up the default Google Chrome "New Tab" page as a favorite/bookmark for those who like access to their favorites on the Google landing page.

  1. Open Google Chrome 
  2. Navigate to the URL  chrome://newtab

  3. Click the Star Icon to add this page as a new Bookmark
  4. Save it to the Bookmarks Bar or to whatever location you prefer:
