How to Clear Cache/Cookies

  1. Open your internet browser (Example: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Etc.)

  2. Open your browser's settings page and select "Delete Browsing Data" or "Delete Cache & Cookies" (This step may vary depending on your browser you use. If you cant find this option, please refer to the vendor KB's below)

  3. If offered an option for a timeframe, change the time range to “All time”

  4. Leave options “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached Images and Files” selected.

  5. Select “Delete Data” (Warning: This will delete saved passwords and other saved site data)

  6. Done! 

    (If the above steps do not work, try following a guide linked below as provided by the internet browser's support pages)
