How to Clear Cache/Cookies
Open your internet browser (Example: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Etc.)
Press the CTRL + ALT + DEL keys together
If offered an option, change the time range to “All time”

Leave options “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached Images and Files” selected.
Select “Delete Data” (Warning: This will delete saved passwords and other saved site data)
Done!
