How to check your Email Quarantine and adjust user settings/notification options

The purpose of this article is to walk users through the steps of checking your Quarantine for emails that may have been blocked by our spam filter. In this article I will also detail the steps of how to adjust your notification settings so you can control how often you are notified of quarantined items and the report contents. If you need to release an item or request a domain whitelisted, please follow the Knowledge Base article HERE.

Checking your Quarantine

  1. Log into the Email Quarantine Portal HERE
    1. If you forgot your password, select the "Forgot Password" option. If you have issues resetting your password, please Submit a ticket.

  2. Navigate to your Quarantine by clicking the 3 lines (Often referred to as a "Hamburger Menu") and then choose "My Solutions" then "Email Threat Protection".


  3. Click "Quarantine"


  4. all your quarantined emails will be listed below:


  5. DONE!

How to change your Quarantine Report Settings


  1. Log into the Email Quarantine Portal HERE
    1. If you forgot your password, select the "Forgot Password" option. If you have issues resetting your password, please Submit a ticket.

  2. Navigate to your Quarantine by clicking the 3 lines (Often referred to as a "Hamburger Menu") and then choose "My Solutions" then "Email Threat Protection".


  3. Select "Report Settings"


  4. Here you will see a full list of all settings you can control:
