How to check Voicemails via Email

The purpose of this article is to walk users through the expectations and steps for checking voicemails that were delivered via email.

Prerequisite: In order to get voicemails delivered via Email, you must first be set up with this service. If you do not already have this or are unsure if you do, please Submit a ticket so we can assist you.

  1. Once you are set up with this service, when your desk phone or WebEx line received a call and it goes to voicemail, you will get an email from voicemail@mydigitalservices.com with an audio attachment:

    ALWAYS ensure that the sender/from email matches voicemail@mydigitalservices.com. If it does not match or if it came from a different email, please Report the Email as Spam/Phishing.

  2. Simply double click the attachment to listen to the voicemail OR click the arrow next to the attachment and choose "Save As" to save it to a location before opening from that location.
