How to access your Office Voicemail from another device

The purpose of this KB is to walk users through the process of accessing their office line voicemail from another device (Like a personal mobile device) when they are not near their Desk Phone and need to check their Voicemail.

  1. Call the number assigned with your Desk phone, or Dial your extension (The same way another would reach you)
  2. Allow the phone to ring until it goes to your voicemail.
  3. At the beginning of your voicemail greeting, press the star (*) key
  4. You will then be prompted to put in your PIN/Passkey and can access your voicemails by following the audio prompts like normal.
  5. DONE!
