How to increase the amount of information shown in your Message Preview in Outlook
The purpose of this KB is to walk users through steps to adjust the amount of information or "Lines" shown in the Message Preview section of the Microsoft Outlook Client.
- Navigate to the "View" tab in Outlook

- Select "Current View" then choose "Message Preview"

- Select the amount of lines of text you wish to see on the preview (More Lines means more information will be shown. If you want a lot of information, we recommend "3 Lines")
- If you wish to see more information, you can extend the size of your Message Preview window by clicking and dragging the line between your Message Previews and the Reading Pane:
